Decluttering Versus Minimalism

There are times when it can be a challenge to differentiate between decluttering to clear space and aiming for a more minimalistic approach. I think Angie Kikstra said it best:

“If decluttering is the removal of things that get in the way, minimalism is intentionally removing the rest of the noise - to highlight and enjoy what means the most to you.”

Here are some questions to ask yourself when you are decluttering your digital life:

  • Is this item enhancing my life?

  • Do I have multiples of this file?

  • When was the last time I used this program or software?

If you’d like some assistance in decluttering your digital life to create a minimal but more practical life, schedule a Discovery Call and we can help define what success looks like to you.
