CLIENT
INTAKE

You contact Ilios Digital to tell us about your challenges, resources, and goals. We will talk about how we can work together and schedule a time for your Initial Assessment.

INITIAL ASSESSMENT

We will meet virtually or on-site to review your goals, resources, and specific needs. Once we've completed the assessment, we will develop an Action Plan and determine the Ilios Digital package that fits your needs.

WORK
SESSION

Joint and Independent Work Sessions are completed to reach your Plan of Action goals. These sessions may be conducted on-site or virtually, depending on your project. Total project hours will vary depending on your needs and the Ilios Digital package you choose.

FOLLOW UP
SESSION

Our time together doesn't end when we meet your project goals. Ilios Digital offers Follow Up Sessions to make sure your systems and tech continue to work for you as your situation and technology change. We also offer a maintenance program for long term support.

Ilios Digital Organizing does our best to provide an accurate estimate of time and costs involved. No two situations are the same, so our estimate takes into consideration your goals, resources, and our experience with similar projects.

Absolutely. As a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers, Ilios Digital Organizing adheres to a strict Code of Ethics which includes confidentiality of client information, both business and personal.

I have been an active member of the National Association of Professional Organizers, as well as the NAPO-San Diego chapter, for 5 years; serving in both leadership and technology positions. My Masters in Library and Information Science degree was focused on information organization, analysis, retrieval, and management. I am a current member of the American Library Association and the Library and Information Technology Association. I've been an organizer since I was a girl, and am thrilled to finally be doing what I love for a living.

The best app or software for you might be the one you are already using! While I certainly have my favorites, I only make recommendations for products and services with my client’s best interests in mind. What works for me might not work for you, and vice versa. It’s always about finding the best fit for your situation.

Some projects can be completed virtually, while other projects require us to meet in person. Your project may require both. I work physically in the San Diego area and throughout the country using virtual technology.
